Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Handling and Freshness
All products shipped from Zoey’s Homemade store are shipped frozen from our warehouse. Some of our products are shipped Frozen; please freeze the products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 7 days from receipt of order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives; thus, please stored them in the freezer to remain fresh.
Please keep the original receipt and take photos of the damaged packaging before sending it back to us. We will access the conditions of the item and resend the same item with the same item code to you. Within 2 working days from the date, we receive the damaged item with the conditions where there is no false claim.
