Japanese Curry Paste


This sweet and savory flavors curry paste is very convenient and easy to prepare. Its sweetness comes from caramelized onions, carrots, apricot jam and honey. Best serve the curry with our Crispy Chicken Katsu. It is kid friendly and a must try in your list!

Ingredients: Onion, Palm Oil, Tomato Paste, Apricot Jam, Carrot, Honey, Potato Starch, Garlic, Chicken Stock, Salt, Yeast Extract, Turmeric, Ginger, Bay Leaf, Nutmeg Powder, Halba, Pepper, Chilli Powder, Spices, Cardamon, Vinegar Powder



Cooking Method: Add 300g of vegetables (potato and carrot cubes), cook until soft. Add in 80g curry paste. Add in 200ml of milk. Simmer for 5 mins. Ready to serve.
Shelf-Life: Store at room temperature for 10 months. Once opened, keep chilled for 2 months.
